Bank of America hires 1,000 consultants to fix AI-detected security holes
Bank of America has hired 1,000 consultants to assist its staff in addressing vulnerabilities identified by the AI model Claude Mythos. Additionally, 3,000 employees from its own workforce are participating in the effort. The expected cost to resolve these bugs is hundreds of millions of dollars, although Bank of America anticipates that the investment will pay off in the long run.
According to the bank's CEO, fixing the issues should lead to reduced future repair needs.
