Jensen Huang, the chief executive officer of Nvidia, saw his eldest daughter, Madison Huang, marry Nico Caprez in Hawaii. Caprez serves as the vice president of global AI infrastructure growth at Nvidia. The couple met while studying at the London Business School. The wedding took place during a quarterly holiday period for Nvidia employees, yet Caprez attended an investor dinner in New York on September 29 while wearing his wedding ring. The event coincided with Huang receiving the 2026 Van Fleet Award in New York, where Samsung chairman Lee Jae-yong unexpectedly mentioned the marriage during his speech.

Caprez joined Nvidia in February 2024 as a corporate development manager. By January 2026, he was promoted to vice president of global AI infrastructure growth, skipping the senior director level. This rapid advancement has drawn attention to his role in coordinating partnerships between Nvidia, emerging cloud service providers, data center developers, and financial institutions. His work involves helping clients secure resources for AI infrastructure, including financing, land, and power supply. In June, Nvidia provided credit support to the Australian AI cloud provider Firmus, facilitating the purchase of approximately 170,000 Nvidia chips for over 15 billion dollars. Caprez was a core driver of this financing solution. In August, Nvidia partnered with Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, and four other institutions to build a compute financing platform aimed at mobilizing over 500 billion dollars for AI infrastructure. Caprez participated deeply in this project and stated on LinkedIn that Nvidia chips have become high-quality financeable assets.

Madison Huang joined Nvidia in 2020 after working as a chef and in marketing for LVMH. She was promoted to senior director of physical AI product marketing in March 2026, overseeing areas including Omniverse, robotics, and simulation. Her total compensation for fiscal year 2026 reached 1.232 million dollars, a significant increase from less than 160,000 dollars in fiscal year 2022. Nvidia stated that her compensation was determined independently of her father and matched terms for non-related employees in similar roles. She is also a member of an informal executive group known as The Band, which assists Huang with strategic communications and event preparation.

Huang's son, Spencer Huang, joined Nvidia in 2022 and currently serves as director of robotics product management. His total compensation for fiscal year 2026 was approximately 1.32 million dollars, up from about 530,000 dollars the previous year. He previously managed a cocktail bar in Taipei and applied his father's management practices to the business. The presence of three family members in key roles at Nvidia has sparked discussions about succession and hiring practices. Huang has acknowledged that the company hires children of employees, stating he believes parents would not recommend unqualified children. Nvidia, with a market capitalization of approximately 5.54 trillion dollars as of October 9, operates under board governance for major executive appointments. Huang has stated he has no plans to leave his position as CEO.
