NovaEdge Launches Cloud Service for Virtual Evaluation of Proposals

NovaEdge launched a cloud service for virtual evaluation of proposals. The service, named Plus, began on September 28, 2026. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze and improve proposals for municipal project competitions. Plus compares the proposal with the recruitment specifications and evaluation criteria, highlighting any oversights or insufficient explanations. It then provides improvement suggestions based on the evaluation criteria and scoring. Plus is available for single-use diagnosis at 49,800 yen per proposal, excluding tax, with no monthly contract required. A demo is available without registration. Plus offers several plans. The standard plan costs 74,800 yen per month, excluding tax, and covers three proposals per month.

The professional plan costs 192,000 yen per month, excluding tax, and covers five proposals per month. The enterprise plan costs 450,000 yen per month, excluding tax, plus a per-proposal charge. The enterprise plan is for full company adoption and supports invoice payments. All plans except the enterprise plan support credit card payments through the product interface. Annual payments offer a two-month discount. Additional proposals and high-precision add-ons can be purchased as needed. Plus supports team collaboration, allowing organization members to share proposals, documents, and diagnostic results. It includes role-based access controls for administrators, editors, and viewers, and tracks responses to feedback and audit results.

Plus ensures the confidentiality of proposal documents, storing them separately for each organization and keeping them private. Documents and cases can be deleted, removing both the PDF and extracted text, and requesting deletion from the AI's temporary copies. Plus plans to enhance its features, including continuous improvement of proposal quality based on order results, case discovery through integration with public notice information, and utilization of diagnostic results from external AI tools. Plus also offers flexible support for individual AI implementation and expert-led diagnostics.
