On November 1, an artificial intelligence startup, HUMAIN, announced that Aramco will acquire a 49% stake in the company. The remaining 51% will be held by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), which previously fully owned HUMAIN. Aramco plans to invest approximately 9,900,000,000 CNY by transferring key artificial intelligence assets and injecting capital.

Both stakeholders will contribute their respective artificial intelligence assets, capabilities, and talent to oversee HUMAIN's business expansion plans. Aramco expects to leverage HUMAIN's artificial intelligence infrastructure to enhance its industrial applications, thereby strengthening its global ecosystem and operational capabilities.
