# OpenAI 聘请 Git AI 创始人以协助 Codex 证明投资回报率

OpenAI 聘请了 Git AI 的创始人，该开源工具用于追踪人工智能编写的代码量，并衡量编码代理的性能与成本。

Aidan Cunniffe 和其联合创始人 Sasha Varlamov 将加入 OpenAI 的 Codex 团队。他们将致力于为企业提供关于编码代理性能及其产生回报的更佳数据。OpenAI 的技术人员 Thibault Sottiaux 确认，公司希望利用 Git AI 的技术，帮助企业了解 Codex 在解决个人和团队问题时所产生的影响。

该工具目前支持多种编码代理，包括 OpenAI Codex、Anthropic 的 Claude Code、Cursor 和 Google 的 Gemini CLI，以及 Codex Cloud、Claude Web、Cursor Agent 和 Devin 等后台代理。安装后，受支持的代理会自动向 Git AI 报告其编辑内容，开发人员可以像往常一样使用编码工具和 Git。

Cunniffe 和 Varlamov 在 2025 年夏天将 Git AI 作为侧边项目启动，旨在了解代码中人工智能编写的比例及其后续情况。Cunniffe 在 2026 年 1 月离开 Atlassian 将其商业化。随着两位创始人加入 OpenAI，该独立商业实体可能会关闭，但 Cunniffe 表示 OpenAI 将继续支持该开源项目，在为企业提供构建高效软件工厂所需数据的同时，继续投资于开源领域。
