# G7批准针对人工智能金融网络攻击的模拟演习

主要七国 G7 决定实施模拟演习，以检查金融系统应对利用人工智能的网络攻击的能力。

此次演习由 G7 各国财政当局和中央银行主导，将构建基于人工智能的网络攻击场景，并检查政府与金融机构在实际攻击发生时的应对方式。根据模拟演习的性质，私人金融机构也可能参与其中。日本财政省表示，将根据演习结果评估现有应对程序的有效性，并修改应对手册。

此次行动源于对人工智能网络攻击威胁全球金融稳定性的担忧。IMF 在全球金融稳定报告中指出，基于人工智能的网络犯罪是主要风险之一，严重的网络事故可能会损害市场信心并中断核心金融市场基础设施的运行。

IMF 的数据显示，到 2026 年，超过 70% 的漏洞利用案例在漏洞公开当天或之前就已实施攻击，这一比例比 2025 年高出 20 个百分点，且远高于 2018 年约 20% 的水平。此外，金融机构对少数外部服务提供商的高度依赖也被视为风险因素。
