# Oracle introduceert Googles AI-chipp in zijn clouddienst

Oracle heeft een samenwerking gestart met Google om Googles speciaal ontwikkelde AI-chips, Tensor Processing Units (TPU), beschikbaar te maken via Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Dit is de eerste keer dat Googles TPU-chips worden aangeboden door een andere grote cloudleverancier. Deze samenwerking biedt zakelijke klanten een alternatief voor de grafische processors (GPU) die de markt voor AI-berekeningen domineren.
