# Xtendo Global enters Brazilian market with focus on artificial intelligence

Xtendo Global has officially entered the Brazilian market. The international company specializes in business transformation, customer experience, automation, and artificial intelligence.

The company is expanding its operations in Latin America alongside the launch of its Xtendo 3.0 global positioning. Xtendo Global has operated for more than two decades and maintains a presence in over 25 countries. Its corporate offices are located in Bolivia, Brazil, Uruguay, Spain, France, Canada, the United States, and the Philippines, with additional teams across Europe and Latin America.

Founded in 2002, the firm operates as a Business Transformation Outsourcing company. Its model integrates contextual artificial intelligence, operational consulting, and a specialized talent ecosystem to modernize service operations and automate complex back office processes. In Brazil, the company plans to operate in areas including customer experience, contact centers, omnichannel support, intelligent back office, and operational optimization.

According to company studies, the use of contextual artificial intelligence can increase customer retention by up to 50 percent and reduce support operation abandonment by 45 percent. The technology may also increase first contact resolution of demands by 40 percent and generate gains of up to 30 points in the Net Promoter Score. These projected results apply to sectors such as banking, fintechs, telecommunications, health, retail, and e-commerce.

Xtendo Global serves clients including Microsoft, LG, PedidosYa, Tigo, Tottus, Interbank, Belo, Project Expedition, and Fliits. The company uses a proof of concept model to allow clients to validate financial and operational gains before large scale implementation. It measures impact through business indicators such as Customer Lifetime Value, First Contact Resolution, operational productivity, and Net Promoter Score.
