# Digital Agency Reports Possible Data Breach Affecting Personal Information

The Digital Agency announced on October 22 that unauthorized access to the services of Studio, used for part of its site operations, may have resulted in the leakage of personal information entered into inquiry forms. The breach could involve content submitted from May 2021 to March 2023, including the information of employees and contracted personnel associated with Studio accounts.

The breakdown of potential leaks includes up to 8,833 entries for general opinions and requests, up to 250 inquiries related to recruitment, and up to 3,661 inquiries concerning vaccination certificate applications. Additionally, there may be up to 117 inquiries regarding the borrowing of a costume and up to 462 related to participation in workshops.

The types of information that may have been leaked vary by form and may include names, email addresses, inquiry details, as well as phone numbers, affiliations, and mailing addresses. It is noted that names and email addresses are only included if voluntarily provided. Separately, 35 Studio accounts belonging to employees and contracted personnel may have compromised names and email addresses.

The scope of potentially leaked information is currently under investigation, and at this time, no secondary damages related to misuse have been confirmed.
