# ChatGPT leads AI requirements in job vacancies in Brazil

ChatGPT, from OpenAI, leads the ranking of artificial intelligence (IA) tools most required in job vacancies in Brazil. The tool was mentioned in 831 analyzed job postings between January and August 2026, more than double the mentions of the second place, Claude, according to Catho.

The volume of appearances of ChatGPT in selection processes suggests that knowledge in generative IA is becoming less of a differentiator and increasingly a common requirement in hiring criteria.

Claude holds the second position with 394 job postings. Following it, Google Gemini is mentioned in 391 vacancies. The n8n, a workflow automation tool, recorded 313 mentions, surpassing Microsoft Copilot, which completes the ranking with 217 opportunities.

The complete list, according to Catho, shows a strong emphasis on generative IA assistants, while also highlighting n8n's presence among the five most mentioned tools. The platform allows users to create and automate workflows, indicating that skills related to process automation are also solidifying as requirements in selection processes seeking professionals familiar with IA.
